I am passionate about and skilled in all areas of coaching, leadership, soft skills and personal development. I design and facilitate dynamic and impactful personal, team and leadership development workshops. I create Thinking Environments with all my clients and am a qualified “Thinking Environment™” and “Transforming Meetings™” facilitator. I specialize in using human-horse interaction in both one-on-one and team coaching. I am also a Strengths Alignment Coach using Clifton Strengthfinders and a Certified Reinvention Practitioner.

My vision is to raise spiritual intelligence by increasing passion, purpose, and consciousness. I do this by inspiring and empowering individuals and organizations to be the best they can be. I'm passionate about the Law of Attraction, Time to Think, Equine Facilitated Learning & Leadership, Reinvention, developing women in leadership, Ubuntu, and so much more.
